This Operations Project Engineer position focuses on manufacturing execution across design, operations, quality, and supply chain teams. You will support product launches, assess manufacturability and scalability, and track hours, costs, lead time, and yield. The role includes stage gate packages, operational assessments, CapEx requirements, production meetings, and presentations to cross-functional leadership. Multiple project management responsibilities require organized planning and explicit technical communication.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate product launches across design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain
Track hours per unit, costs, lead time, and yield targets
Prepare stage gate reviews covering progress, risks,



and CapEx
Provide operations assessments for bids and proposal activities
Report Earned Value Management estimates and adherence in JIRA
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with minimum four years of relevant experience
Knowledge of current and advanced manufacturing processes and technologies
Excellent Microsoft Office and MS Project working knowledge
Experience presenting to executive or senior leadership
PMP, P.Eng, Lean Greenbelt, or Six Sigma certification assets
Bring manufacturing readiness, project planning, and technical communication skills to L3Harris new product introduction programs.
