Ledcor is hiring Pipefitter Forepersons for major shutdowns and turnarounds across Alberta’s industrial facilities. You will direct Journeyperson and Apprentice Pipefitters while coordinating piping maintenance, repairs, replacements, and system tie-ins. The work requires exact execution during compressed schedules and extended shifts.
Key Responsibilities: Execute shutdown and turnaround piping scopes
Direct and support Journeyperson and Apprentice Pipefitters
Coordinate preventative maintenance requirements and schedules
Conduct toolbox talks and complete daily paperwork
Inspect work fronts and ensure schedules are followed
Requirements: Registered Journeyperson Pipefitter certification
Three to five years’ foreman experience
Shutdown, turnaround, or outage maintenance experience
Ability to interpret isometric drawings and P&IDs;
Availability for extended shifts and consecutive shutdown days
Bring pipefitting leadership, schedule coordination, and safety commitment to Ledcor’s Alberta shutdown and turnaround projects.
