Lead process improvement and ePPS problem-solving for AAA Canada’s manufacturing activities in Mirabel, working permanent day shifts.
As a Method Agent in Manufacturing Engineering, you will propose creative solutions, reduce costs, and support internal customer service. The mandate includes identifying PREFAL risks, synthesizing complex situations, and presenting them to management levels. You will also manage priorities and participate in research and development.
Key Responsibilities: Drive continuous improvement and ePPS problem-solving initiatives
Propose innovative process solutions and reduce costs
Identify PREFAL risks and contribute to resolution
Facilitate communication between stakeholders
Synthesize complex situations for management presentation
Requirements: Five to eight years of relevant experience
Engineering or aeronautics bachelor’s degree or DEC
PMP certification or project management experience is an asset
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong Google suite proficiency
Bring continuous improvement, risk resolution, and stakeholder communication skills to AAA Canada’s Manufacturing Engineering team.
