Complete project close-out and address warranty requirements
Requirements: Five to ten years managing related retail or commercial construction projects
Working drawing development and consultant management experience
Ability to analyze project cost reports, schedules, and site status
Solid written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management, and scheduling software
