As Medical Governance Lead at Novartis, you will guide regulated Medical Affairs activities across Canada. You will translate GCP, ICH, and Canadian requirements into practical solutions. The work spans studies, real-world evidence, managed access, collaborations, and external engagements.
Key Responsibilities: Lead governance for regulated Medical Affairs activities
Monitor process adherence, data quality, and integrity
Provide risk-based advice and coaching to activity owners
Track risks, deviations, escalations, and CAPAs
Oversee audit and inspection readiness with Quality Assurance
Requirements: Scientific degree such as BSc, MSc, PhD, or PharmD
At least five years’ relevant pharmaceutical-industry experience
Robust knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and Canadian regulations
Leadership in risk assessment, CAPA, and process improvement
Advanced French and English speaking and writing
