WestJet Group is seeking an Operations Lead to supervise daily maintenance of the fleet, ensuring on-time dispatch and safety compliance for Boeing 737 NG/Max and Q400 aircraft. You will lead, coach and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, safety-focused setting.
The role requires a licensed AME with extensive transport-category experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage workloads and training needs while upholding WestJet’s safety standards and operational
