Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Manager: Public Services leads the Library’s public service functions. This senior leader provides strategic direction, operational oversight, and organizational guidance. The position supports planning, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of services.
Key Responsibilities: Lead planning and delivery across public service functions
Develop managers and staff across multiple service areas
Evaluate services and guide continuous improvement initiatives
Represent the Library within community and professional sectors




Assume Acting CEO responsibilities as required
