As a Senior Design Engineer reporting to the Design Group Manager, you will support Väderstad product lines from models and drawings through testing. The work requires engineering design experience, computer skills, and collaboration across departments. You will help create design solutions with vendors and customers while continuously improving equipment quality, cost, and features.
Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain equipment component models and drawings
Complete design analysis and refine designs




Write and follow through with testing reports
Communicate with departments, vendors, and customers
Identify improvements in quality, cost, and equipment features
Requirements: University degree in engineering
Four to six years in a progressive engineering role
Design engineering experience preferred
Extensive Creo or equivalent CAD knowledge
Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
Bring agricultural equipment design, CAD, and analytical skills to Väderstad’s product lifecycle and continuous improvement work.
