Johnson Service Group seeks an Engineering Team Lead for a permanent opportunity with an Edmonton-based software company. You will guide customer-facing AI product development while coding, designing systems, and using agentic workflows. The work spans C#, .NET 10, TypeScript, REST APIs, Agile delivery, and AI-enabled testing.
Key Responsibilities: Provide hands-on technical leadership across full-stack product capabilities
Own architecture and reliable end-to-end workflow design
Expand agentic AI workflows across the development lifecycle
Improve CI/CD, release traceability, standards, and engineering processes




Coach engineers and communicate technical decisions to leadership
Requirements: Proven experience leading a software engineering team
Robust full-stack experience with C#, .NET 10, and TypeScript
Experience developing customer-facing products with integrated AI capabilities
Strong architecture, system design, CI/CD, and testing knowledge
Experience working in an Agile software development environment
