As an Engineering Project Lead, you review engineering work for accuracy, consistency, optimization, and project compliance. You support Designers and stakeholders with technical guidance while contributing to design deliverables. The position also includes coaching, process communication, documentation control, and software improvement coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Perform quality reviews and audits of engineering deliverables
Ensure compliance with processes, CAD standards, and design guides
Provide technical guidance to Designers and stakeholders




Coach Designers through technical development and knowledge sharing
Coordinate software bugs and enhancement requests
Requirements: Engineering degree or Electrical or Mechanical technology diploma preferred
Two to five years of EHT design experience preferred
Knowledge of basic electrical and EHT design is an asset
Solid time management skills
Alberta skilled registration or training requirements apply
Use engineering quality, design compliance, and technical mentoring skills to strengthen consistent execution across Industrial projects.
