Salary Range: $110,000.00 To $160,000.00 Annually

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven General Manager, Aerial Drone Operations to lead and grow our aerial drone operations business. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the company, including operations, business development, regulatory compliance, financial performance, customer relationships, and team leadership.

This is an exciting chance for a leader who is passionate about innovation, aviation technology, agriculture, industrial services, and the commercial application of drone technology.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall business strategy and daily operations

Develop and execute growth plans to expand services and market share.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and regulators.

Ensure compliance with all aviation, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Manage budgets, financial performance, and profitability targets.

Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.

Oversee project delivery to ensure exceptional customer service and quality.

Evaluate new technologies, applications, and market opportunities.

Establish operational policies, procedures, and performance standards.





Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

Progressive leadership experience in aviation, technology, agriculture, industrial services, or a related industry.

Proven experience managing operations, budgets, and business growth.

Strong understanding of commercial drone regulations is an asset.

Demonstrated success in business development and customer relationship management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Strong financial and strategic planning capabilities.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.

Preferred Experience

Commercial drone, aviation, geospatial, agricultural technology, or remote sensing industries.

Experience working with government, industrial, mining, utilities, agriculture, or infrastructure clients.

RPAS (drone) certification or aviation-related credentials are considered an asset.
