As a manufacturing electrical engineer, you will help improve equipment performance and production results. The role combines reliability or design engineering experience with capital project execution, EHS implementation, and operational improvements. Additional qualifications include CAD, Six Sigma training, and Rockwell or Allen-Bradley hardware experience.
Key Responsibilities: Determine poorly performing equipment and optimize output
Support production with high runtime and quality
Lead maintenance teams during capital project execution
Coordinate contractors supporting plant engineering projects




Implement EHS and Renewal projects
Requirements: Electrical, electronics, or mechatronics engineering degree or diploma
Three years of reliability or design engineering experience
Analytical approach to troubleshooting line-down system failures
Interpersonal skills for wide-ranging stakeholder interactions
Mechanical or process engineering experience would help
Use electrical engineering, reliability, and controls-related hardware knowledge to improve production performance at 3M’s London facility.
