Coordinate substation delivery for GagaMuller’s hyperscale data center project in Regina, using power infrastructure and stakeholder management expertise.
As Substation Project Manager, you will guide delivery from feasibility and design development through procurement, construction, energization, commissioning, and handover. The position connects Project Directors, design and construction teams, EPC contractors, utilities, manufacturers, commissioning specialists, and clients across a critical development.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee substation planning, engineering, procurement, and construction activities
Review technical submissions, vendor documents, and design deliverables
Coordinate contractors, utilities, consultants, manufacturers, and commissioning teams
Resolve RFIs, design issues, utility comments,



and interfaces
Maintain reports, dashboards, registers, approvals, and turnover records
Requirements: Eight-plus years in substations, utilities, or major infrastructure
Experience with HV/MV substations, transformers, and switchgear
Knowledge of testing, FAT, SAT, relay, and protection systems
Solid communication, organization, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
P.Eng. designation or eligibility considered an asset
