The ServiceNow Architect leads complex implementations, enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives. This senior technical leadership role advises clients, translates requirements into solution designs, and establishes technical direction. Core work includes platform architecture, governance, security, data architecture, and implementation best practices.
Key Responsibilities: Lead architecture for complex ServiceNow implementations and integrations
Translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures
Guide technical design across implementation lifecycles




Define governance standards and reusable design patterns
Mentor developers, consultants, and delivery team members
Requirements: Six or more years working with ServiceNow
Enterprise solution design and implementation experience
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
Integration experience using APIs, IntegrationHub, or MID Server
Solid consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
