This Senior Solutions Engineer role sits within Orgvue’s Partner Solutions team. You will turn business requirements into technical solutions while guiding complex implementation initiatives. Collaboration spans Product Management, Engineering, Partner Success, and Customer Experience, supporting measurable customer value and platform evolution.
Key Responsibilities: Build trusted relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
Gather requirements and guide implementation approaches
Support proof of concepts, pilots, and strategic initiatives
Recommend platform enhancements using customer feedback




Present solution recommendations to customers and senior stakeholders
Requirements: Experience with Orgvue or comparable enterprise SaaS platforms
Experience leading complex solution development or implementation
Robust business requirements analysis and translation skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently across Product and Engineering
Use enterprise SaaS consulting, requirements analysis, and stakeholder expertise to deliver practical Orgvue solutions and customer value.
