This lead engineer develops mechanical components and systems for wind turbines and solar infrastructure. You will guide projects from concept through detailed engineering, optimizing performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness. The work requires collaboration across electrical, controls, and manufacturing disciplines.
Key Responsibilities: Lead designs for wind turbine drivetrains and solar tracking systems
Create detailed CAD models, drawings, and engineering documentation
Perform structural, thermal, and fatigue analyses
Develop testing and validation plans for current designs




Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership
Requirements: Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
At least eight years of mechanical design experience
Experience leading projects and mentoring engineers
Expertise with SolidWorks, Inventor, ANSYS, or NASTRAN
Knowledge of materials science, fatigue, and manufacturing processes
