Lead complex transformation initiatives for Seaspan from its downtown Vancouver office, applying project delivery and stakeholder management expertise. This is a full-time, 12-month in office contract.
As Senior Project Manager within the Transformation PMO, you will lead projects from initiation through closure. You will establish scope, budgets, schedules, governance, and business outcomes while coordinating teams, vendors, and implementation partners. The role supports consistent, transparent, and accountable delivery across Seaspan’s project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: Lead projects through every phase of the project lifecycle
Establish objectives, budgets, schedules, resources, and governance structures
Coordinate internal teams, contractors, consultants, vendors, and partners




Facilitate stage-gate reviews and governance approvals
Identify risks, escalate issues, and develop recovery plans
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Seven or more years leading complex projects
Experience managing six- and seven-figure project budgets
Experience leading transformation, ERP, cybersecurity, or technology projects
Strong budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and communication skills
Bring senior project leadership, transformation expertise, and disciplined governance to Seaspan’s Vancouver-based delivery portfolio.
