The Value Stream Manager oversees assigned supplier portfolios and ensures commodity delivery commitments remain on schedule. This exclusively on-site, Monday-to-Friday position supports strategic sourcing, supplier quality, standard work, KPIs, and operational methodologies. You will lead Account Specialists and Account Managers while coordinating with Quality, Engineering, and international partners.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, procurement, commerce, engineering, or related field
More than 10 years of experience in a similar role
Experience managing direct and indirect resources
Strong communication, leadership, business, and strategic skills
Very positive English for technical documentation and international communication
