Drive end-to-end delivery execution for EQ Bank’s highly complex technology programs, balancing business value, customer outcomes, and delivery governance.
Reporting to the Director, Technical Program Management, the Senior Technical Program Manager leads multiple interdependent teams and domains. The work involves resolving ambiguity, managing technical and non-technical dependencies, and influencing senior stakeholders without authority. Transparent visibility remains central.
Key Responsibilities: Own delivery coordination from initiation through implementation and transition
Negotiate decisions, capacity, and priorities with senior stakeholders
Present options, trade-offs, recommendations, and required decisions
Influence roadmap planning through dependency and sequencing analysis




Resolve or escalate material delivery constraints across organizational boundaries
Requirements: Demonstrated success delivering highly complex technology programs
Seven or more years leading full-lifecycle technology delivery
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive timely decisions
Knowledge of governance, controls, risk, and change management
Ability to influence across functions without direct authority
Use strategic delivery leadership, stakeholder influence, and analytical problem-solving to advance complex technology programs at EQ Bank.
