As Vice President of Finance, you will strengthen financial information across technology-enabled businesses spanning real estate, property management, brokerage, leasing, and other services. The work combines executive decision support, financial review, controls, documentation, and coordination with internal and external partners. You will assess current conditions, identify risks, and establish priorities.
Key Responsibilities: Review and reconcile financial information across multiple companies
Improve cash-flow visibility, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, models, schedules, and memoranda




Strengthen reconciliations, approval workflows, controls, and finance processes
Coordinate with accountants, advisors, lenders, banks, and leadership
Requirements: 10+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience
5+ years in senior finance leadership
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, or related field
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets financial modelling skills
Robust judgment, communication, organization, and attention to detail
