This Senior Marketing Operations Manager role supports Directive’s marketing and sales teams through connected systems and disciplined reporting. You will own CRM architecture, routing, attribution, data integrity, and the technologies linking the go-to-market function. You will also translate performance data into recommendations for sales, finance, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Design CRM objects, validation rules, Flows, formulas, layouts, and sync logic
Manage routing, booking rules, capacity, and handraiser follow-up workflows
Maintain attribution definitions, UTM governance, and offline conversion tracking
Build pipeline reporting, pacing models, dashboards,



and conversion analysis
Train teams and maintain documentation, diagrams, and operational how-to materials
Requirements: Five-plus years building or rebuilding B2B operations functions
Advanced Salesforce skills including Data Loader, reports, and dashboards
Deep HubSpot knowledge across workflows, lists, properties, and integrations
Analytical ability using Salesforce and Google Sheets
Ability to operate independently as a team of one
Use Salesforce, HubSpot, reporting, and process design to create dependable systems supporting Directive’s revenue operations.
