Within IO’s Development and Asset Management division, the Senior Advisor provides strategic advice across Ontario’s real estate portfolio. The work includes planning analysis, approvals, project management, stakeholder relations, and recommendations that advance provincial priorities. You will coordinate external advisors and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities: Provide planning expertise throughout development project planning phases
Manage external advisors delivering due diligence and planning reviews
Undertake approvals for land development or divestment
Conduct site analysis, concept evaluation,



and financial assessment
Present recommendations to government officials and senior leadership
Requirements: Knowledge of land use planning and development approvals
Understanding of Ontario planning legislation and policy
Complex development project management experience
Experience communicating with municipal authorities
MCIP RPP achieved or candidate member in process
