This Engineering Lead works across business, technology, risk, and operations to deliver governed digital currency solutions. You will coordinate complex initiatives, guide design and strategy, and contribute to proof-of-concepts, pilots, and controlled production releases. The position also includes coaching a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate delivery against priorities and project milestones

Requirements: Minimum five years leading engineering or similar work
