This V&V; Lead role covers planning, testing evidence, findings, and acceptance support within the SRS scope. SYSTRA Canada values experience with rail or transit systems, commissioning, and assurance. Formal CENELEC training is an asset, alongside professional engineering credentials.
Key Responsibilities: Develop V&V; strategies and master plans
Specify evidence requirements for system requirements
Prepare test procedures and inspection plans
Monitor activities and resolve reported defects
Support safety case and acceptance submissions
Requirements: University degree in Engineering
At least 10 years of relevant rail experience
Robust knowledge of V&V; planning and evidence management
Multidisciplinary stakeholder testing and acceptance experience
Ontario P.Eng. or equivalent; CENELEC training an asset
Lead rail verification and validation engineering through disciplined planning, testing, evidence management, and acceptance support for Ontario transit projects.
