Lead plant finance with advanced Excel, ERP systems, and accounting expertise as Controller supporting central and operational reporting.
Reporting to the Director, Finance (West), you will direct and develop the Finance team. The position oversees month-end close, financial reporting, operational analysis, internal controls, and process improvement. You will support executive and operations management with accurate, timely information and business analysis.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, mentor, train, and develop Finance team members
Coordinate month-end closing and resolve emerging reporting issues
Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting packages
Oversee audits, tax compliance, and related financial statements




Manage general ledger functions and ERP Finance support
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration
Qualified accounting designation and five years post-designation experience
Knowledge of Canadian GAAP and federal financial regulations
Advanced or expert Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with ERP and automated reporting systems
