The People AI Solutions Designer builds agents, automations, and lightweight applications from readied HR workflows. This hands-on position rapidly prototypes, pilots, refines, and ships solutions with HR Systems, Workforce Innovation, and McKesson Technology. You will use Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, ServiceNow, Moveworks, Python, scripting, and APIs as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities: Translate defined workflows into technical designs and mockups
Build agents, automations, and lightweight HR applications
Pilot solutions, instrument usage, and tune prompts and logic
Harden, document,



and hand solutions to operations
Curate reusable components, patterns, templates, and standards
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated building experience
Typically seven or more years of relevant experience
Portfolio showing solutions progressed from prototype to production
Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent tooling
Fluency with low-code platforms, Python, scripting, and APIs
Bring rapid prototyping, reliable delivery, and AI automation expertise to McKesson’s evolving HR technology practice.
