As AI Engineering Lead, you will be the technical owner of the AI fraud prevention platform. Lead its workflow from data preparation through production, while developing scalable AI applications and mentoring engineers. You will also align solutions with senior leadership and insurance teams across underwriting, claims, pricing, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee fraud platform data collection, preparation, and deployment
Set technical direction for AI-driven business solutions
Lead LLM, graph neural network, and computer vision implementations




Mentor engineers and data scientists across technical initiatives
Translate business challenges into actionable technical strategies
Requirements: Eight-plus years in technology-focused roles
At least three years building production-grade fraud use
Extensive experience building and deploying AI-based applications
Experience with A2A, MCP, Agentic RAG, and event-driven architecture
Mastery of Python with AI/ML framework experience
Lead fraud-focused AI engineering with Python, up-to-date machine learning, and production deployment expertise at Definity.
