As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape the context layer powering Grafana Cloud’s entity graph, catalog, and RCA workbench. You will develop expertise in technical users, workflows, and use cases while collaborating across a distributed Product Design organization. Your work will help engineers, SREs, and their agents understand dependencies and resolve incidents faster.
Key Responsibilities: Design transparent ways to explore constantly changing system connections
Translate research and data into digestible user experiences
Tailor experiences for multiple audiences and perspectives
Document needs, pain points, directions, trade-offs,



and detailed designs
Collaborate with engineering, product, writing, and GTM partners
Requirements: 7+ years designing B2B or enterprise software products

Experience conducting qualitative research in complex fields
