Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Controller leads accounting operations, reporting integrity, and process improvement. The position standardizes and automates accounting, reporting, and treasury workflows while improving data quality and integration. Leadership includes mentoring accountants and guiding standards, controls, ERP, and treasury practices.
Key Responsibilities: Drive standardization and automation across finance workflows
Partner with teams to improve data quality
Manage general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and fixed assets
Review accounting judgments, estimates, and documentation
Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
CPA designation required
Solid ERP and relational database understanding
ERP implementation experience is a strong asset
Advanced Excel; Power BI experience is an asset
Microserve needs a Controller who can connect ERP improvement, accounting leadership, internal controls, and reliable financial information.
