As Senior Manager, Product Design, you will lead strategy and execution for financial workflows serving solo practitioners through mid-market law firms. You will manage four to five designers, partner with Product and Engineering, and guide automation and AI experiences. The work spans discovery, prospect framing, launch, and iteration.
Key Responsibilities: Define design vision for payments, billing, invoicing, and timekeeping
Integrate financial experiences across Clio’s platform
Guide trustworthy, transparent human-in-the-loop AI workflows
Coach, hire, and develop product designers
Set portfolio priorities with Product and Engineering leaders
Requirements: 10+ years of Product Design experience
3+ years managing and developing designers
Fintech experience across payments, billing, or invoicing
Complex B2B product design experience
AI product design, systems thinking, Figma, and WCAG knowledge
Bring fintech expertise, AI product design judgment, and people leadership to Clio’s legal technology products.
