This Commercial Leasing Manager serves as an influential leader reporting to the Vice President, Asset Management. The role supports revenue growth and tenant satisfaction while developing leasing strategies that maximize property value. Success requires business relationships, financial judgment, accurate reporting, and collaboration with Asset Managers, institutional partners, and market participants.
Key Responsibilities: Achieve leasing targets and asset management objectives
Negotiate financial and legal lease terms strategically
Prepare leasing reports covering activity, income, and forecasts




Present portfolio opportunities, strategy, and market conditions
Generate leads through marketing and business events
Requirements: Degree or diploma with leasing experience
Exceptional customer service and stakeholder relationship experience
Strong business and financial acumen
Proficient analytical skills and attention to detail
Flexibility for regional and longer-distance Canadian air travel
