Lead mechanical, electrical, and information technology construction scopes at EllisDon while coordinating schedules, costs, quality reporting, and commissioning programs.
As a Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager, you will manage projects from scope development through closeout. Your work includes tender management, contractor installation, technical issue resolution, and client liaison. You will also coordinate building systems testing, verification, and training.
Key Responsibilities: Plan mechanical, electrical, and information technology project scopes
Prepare construction schedules with the Project Superintendent
Monitor material, labour costs, and quality reporting
Review consultant changes and subcontractor pricing
Manage building systems commissioning,



testing, and training
Requirements: Eight to ten years of mechanical and electrical construction experience
Project management experience from development through closeout
Understanding of maintenance and lifecycle budgeting
Technical competence with statutory and mandatory compliance
Must have or qualify for CISD Reliability Clearance
Apply mechanical and electrical construction management, budgeting, and commissioning expertise to complex EllisDon projects and client deliverables.
