This Project Manager guides project delivery with Associates and Principals. You will direct Project Captains and Designers while balancing design quality, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. The work spans multiple project phases and requires robust technical judgment.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate project execution and deliverables to EPTDESIGN standards
Lead Project Captains, Designers, and project teams
Coordinate all project aspects with consultant teams
Monitor project status, staffing, budgets, and goals
Ensure accurate, timely submittals and work products
Requirements: Eight-plus years in landscape architecture
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
Strong CAD-based document production proficiency
Knowledge of construction documentation, detailing, and specifications
Technical knowledge of construction methods and building codes
Bring landscape architecture leadership, technical expertise, and organized project management to EPTDESIGN’s Southern California practice.
