Grow Property & Casualty business for Marsh Risk in Calgary through strategic sales, account management, and new logo acquisition. This hybrid role requires three office days weekly.
As a Producer on Marsh Risk’s Growth team, you will manage and expand a mid-sized book of business. The work includes larger or nuanced Property & Casualty accounts across industries and specialties. You will develop client solutions through market analysis, financial acumen, and solid relationships with business leaders.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and expand a mid-sized Property & Casualty book
Develop sales strategies for managed accounts and client needs
Research markets, industries, and potential relationship needs
Prepare analyses and competitive cross-functional proposals




Develop custom solutions while ensuring pricing and policy compliance
Requirements: Experience managing and growing Property & Casualty business
Success acquiring new logos and expanding existing relationships
Strategic sales and account management skills
Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
