Drive project delivery for Ausenco’s Infrastructure Engineering team, combining electrical engineering knowledge with planning, performance reporting, and team leadership. The role is based in Burnaby.
As an intermediate Electrical Engineering Project Manager, you will develop detailed plans, implement standardized procedures, and monitor performance against deliverables. Success requires leadership, organization, problem solving, and effective communication with clients and project teams. Familiarity with electrical engineering, substations, transmission, and power distribution supports the work.
Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed project plans and lead execution
Report performance against deliverables and correct deviations
Implement best practices and standardized procedures




Coordinate project resources according to project requirements
Lead, support, and mentor project team members
Requirements: Engineering or construction management post-secondary qualification
Five to ten years of relevant engineering or project management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to lead others toward common goals
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
