Lead A220 customization delivery from Mirabel using project management expertise, stakeholder coordination, and aircraft development knowledge across the program lifecycle.
As Version Manager within Airbus’s Program Management team, you will support the Cabin & FCO Project & Portfolio Management team. You will ensure positive project management practices for the Fulfill Customer Order process. The position covers customization development and delivery, with responsibility for integration and operational excellence. Success requires leadership, influence, analytical planning, and problem-solving skills. French and English communication and Google Suite proficiency are required.
Key Responsibilities: Lead FCO Core Team meetings and ensure alignment
Collect stakeholder information for cohesive project execution
Track actions, escalations, milestones,



and quality gates
Manage risks throughout each customer program lifecycle
Oversee HoV and fleet change request implementation
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Engineering
At least eight years’ program or project management experience
Technical background in aircraft development and commercial operations
Strong leadership, influence, organization, and autonomy
Excellent French and English communication skills
