Lead CAD, BIM, and digital delivery strategy at RVA from any Ontario office, advancing engineering workflows, automation, and application standards.
As Manager, Digital Practice, you will guide RVA’s digital delivery capability across engineering and IT stakeholders. The position covers Autodesk AEC, Bentley, hydraulic modelling, process modelling, GIS, AI, and automation. You will report to the Vice President, Information Technology & Information Management.
Key Responsibilities: Advance CAD, BIM, model-based delivery, and data roadmaps
Own engineering applications, standards, templates, and licensing
Evaluate AI and automation for engineering workflows
Direct Dynamo, LISP, .NET, PowerShell, and Power Platform automation




Lead Digital Practice priorities, budgets, and reporting
Requirements: Engineering degree or equivalent engineering technology practice experience
Eight or more years combining engineering delivery and technology
At least three years in leadership or digital practice
Enterprise CAD and BIM standards knowledge
AI or advanced automation workflow familiarity
Bring engineering delivery, CAD and BIM expertise, and automation leadership to RVA’s Ontario-based Digital Practice function.
