Key Responsibilities: Configure, optimize, and evolve the Workday Learning platform
Manage learning paths and platform processes
Orchestrate targeted talent and succession development plans

Requirements: Minimum 10 years in learning and talent development
Advanced functional Workday Learning or LMS experience
Experience managing learning paths and platform reporting
Proven instructional design and program rollout experience
