This Senior Civil Engineer position focuses on complex water, wastewater, stormwater, transportation, and roadway projects. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and client expectations while leading multidisciplinary teams. The position also supports regulatory alignment, quality management, safety leadership, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement throughout project execution.
