Based in one of AtkinsRéalis’ Toronto offices, this Regional Practice Leader builds a high-performance Mechanical & Electrical team. The position combines people leadership with health, safety, and setting procedures, recruitment, career development, and client service. It also requires collaboration with Market Leads, Team Leads, and global colleagues.
Key Responsibilities: Promote safety, integrity, diversity, equality, and inclusion
Develop talent through performance and career management
Recruit strategically according to workloads and markets
Ensure resources support proposals and client roles




Represent AtkinsRéalis at conferences and trade events
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
Professional Order membership or eligibility across Canada
Ten or more years of leadership experience
Ability to empower people in team settings
Ability to work under changing organizational conditions
Lead Ontario’s Mechanical & Electrical professionals through inclusive management, safety stewardship, and effective technical team development.
