You will lead an Accounting Manager while owning ASPE reporting, construction lending, tax compliance, and cash forecasting. Its multi-entity structure includes Canadian corporations, limited partnerships, and US entities.
Key Responsibilities: Manage banking relationships, construction draws, covenants, and lender reporting
Present weekly rolling cash flow forecasts to ownership
Build underwriting, pro forma, and financing models
Own multi-entity reporting, job costing,



and variance analysis
Lead budgets, tax compliance, and process automation
Requirements: CPA designation with senior residential development or construction finance experience
Hands-on construction lending and debt financing experience
Robust forecasting, budgeting, pro forma, and cash flow skills
Multi-entity ASPE reporting, intercompany, and foreign exchange expertise
QuickBooks, Excel, and finance process improvement proficiency
