VoltaGrid Manufacturing seeks a Health and Safety Manager for hands-on leadership at its Calgary manufacturing facility. You will partner with leaders, supervisors, and employees to maintain a protected, compliant, continuously improving workplace. The role leads health and safety expectations, procedures, training, audits, and corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the Calgary facility’s Health and Safety program
Maintain Alberta regulatory compliance and COR certification
Implement Critical Risk Management and verify critical controls
Support risk assessments, inspections, JSAs, and management changes




Investigate incidents and manage root-cause corrective actions
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education and experience
Minimum five years of progressive health and safety experience
Knowledge of Alberta occupational health and safety legislation
Experience with audits, investigations, risk assessments, and corrective actions
CRSP designation preferred or obtainable
Bring manufacturing safety leadership, COR expertise, and critical-risk control knowledge to VoltaGrid Manufacturing’s Calgary facility.
