Lead enterprise cost management for PCL Constructors Inc. in Edmonton, applying construction costing and forecasting expertise across North America.
As Senior Costing Manager, you will guide costing, forecasting, cost controls, and change management across projects. You will advise leaders on complex cost structures, coach project teams, and represent operational needs within PM4+ Cost Management. Your judgment will help strengthen consistency, capability, and project information across PCL.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as PCL’s senior enterprise costing resource
Advise teams on forecasts, contingency, risk, and subcontract costs
Coach project leaders in cost and change management
Deliver workshops, coaching, and virtual learning events




Lead PM4+ Cost Management priorities and enhancements
Requirements: 15+ years of progressive construction experience preferred
Construction management, engineering, or related education
Expertise in costing, forecasting, controls, and change management
Experience across project types and contract models
Solid communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills
Bring construction judgment, coaching ability, and cost-control expertise to PCL’s enterprise project-management practice.
