Key Responsibilities: Lead healthcare infrastructure projects through planning and project development
Oversee business cases, capital planning, governance, and procurement processes
Manage multidisciplinary teams across financial and commercial activities
Advise on governance, risk allocation, commercial structures, and transactions




Prepare executive recommendations, reports, and governance presentations
Requirements: Significant experience leading complex healthcare or infrastructure initiatives
Experience with healthcare infrastructure planning and capital investments
Business case development and strategic planning experience
Procurement strategy, transaction management, and commercial structuring experience
Experience managing stakeholders, governance, negotiations, and project risks
