YVR seeks a permanent, full time Manager, Technology Services, reporting to the Director, Data & AI. You will lead Business Analysts, Technical Analysts, and Senior Technical Analysts while setting priorities, guiding service delivery, and supporting development. Your work connects operational accountabilities with Data & AI, Legal, Privacy, Cybersecurity, and business partners.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the technology services team and coordinate internal resources
Set priorities, manage workloads, and resolve operational issues
Oversee the IT project portfolio and delivery timelines
Coach, mentor, train,

Coordinate governance decisions throughout project lifecycles
Requirements: Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Five or more years leading and directing teams
Experience overseeing technology projects and service delivery
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
Ability to assess risks and drive continuous improvement
