As a Senior Production Support Analyst, you will move beyond traditional incident handling within DCP’s engineering-oriented support function. You will automate operational tasks, detect resiliency gaps, investigate recurring issues, and support protected platform evolution. Your work contributes to intelligent operations and modernisation across Citi’s Securities Services data estate.
Key Responsibilities: Automate operational tasks using Shell or Python scripting
Apply AI-assisted tools for troubleshooting and investigation
Identify recurring incidents and eliminate underlying causes




Assess production risks and support controlled deployments
Own platform knowledge and escalate complex operational issues
Requirements: Five-plus years in application support or platform operations
Practical Shell or Python implementation experience
Structured ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management
Experience with global handovers and on-call discipline
Experience with data-intensive or financial services environments
Combine automation, AI-assisted operations, incident management, and platform expertise to strengthen Citi’s production support capabilities.
