Lead complex M&A; and capital markets analysis as an Investment Banking Associate supporting corporate and financial institution clients. Domestic and international travel is required.
As an Associate in Investment Banking Diversified Industries, you will work across mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, loans, and equity and debt capital raises. The position requires client relationship development, transaction execution, financial modeling, and detailed due diligence. You will also support senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders throughout transactions.
Key Responsibilities: Support sell-side and buy-side M&A; processes
Analyze corporate and financial information through detailed due diligence
Perform DCF, transaction comparables, and LBO analysis




Create pitch books for acquisitions and divestitures
Build relationships with clients and new prospects
Requirements: Prior investment banking front office experience
Robust financial modeling skills
Understanding of transaction cycles and execution
Well-rounded academic background from a top tier institution
Ability to work independently and communicate impeccably
Apply M&A; execution, valuation, modeling, and relationship-building skills across diversified investment banking transactions and client mandates.
