As a Senior HVAC Designer, you will create mechanical building services for primarily industrial projects. Your work covers HVAC, plumbing, controls, construction documents, and three-dimensional models. You will develop solutions to complex problems while coordinating technical information across disciplines and global integrated delivery offices.
Key Responsibilities: Design HVAC, plumbing, and controls systems
Develop plans, details, schematics, and construction documents
Create three-dimensional models using listed software
Calculate HVAC equipment sizing and selection
Coordinate requirements with disciplines and global offices
Requirements: Significant mechanical design experience
Industrial building services design experience
Proficiency with AutoCAD and MicroStation
Knowledge of Alberta and national building codes
Knowledge of ASHRAE and SMACNA standards
