Infosys is seeking an experienced Platform Administration Lead with management experience. You will support enterprise environments through platform monitoring, observability, alerting, capacity planning, and disaster recovery. The position also covers project delivery, client relationships, resource planning, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Establish monitoring, observability, and alerting frameworks
Implement capacity planning and high availability strategies
Manage incidents, changes, risks, and operational reports
Build client relationships and provide regular updates
Plan resources and facilitate career development
Requirements: Management experience leading multi-technology platform teams
At least seven years of Information Technology experience
Cloud administration experience, preferably Microsoft Azure
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
Willingness to travel or relocate as required
