Albarrie Canada Limited seeks a Construction Project Manager reporting to the Director of Engineering. You will oversee industrial and commercial projects from inception through closeout, leading Civil Technologists while coordinating procurement, schedules, installations, and client relations. The work combines office-based management with regular project site visits.
Key Responsibilities: Manage tender reviews, contracts, planning, procurement, execution, and closeout
Review drawings, specifications, contracts, risks, and required submissions
Lead Civil Technologists through coaching and technical guidance
Coordinate schedules, staffing, subcontractors, deliveries,



and installations
Resolve technical, operational, and contractual project issues
Requirements: College diploma in civil engineering, construction management, or related discipline
Minimum five years coordinating or managing construction projects
At least four years in ICI construction management or supervision
Knowledge of Construction Act, CCDC contracts, and CCA documentation
Valid Ontario Driver's License and North American travel availability
